Pre-Order Rules & Guidelines

 

1. You must pay 30% in advance to confirm your order.

2. No cancellations are allowed after confirmation.

3. No returns are accepted after confirmation, so be absolutely sure before placing your order.

4. The remaining 70% payment must be made before the item is shipped or handed over.

5. Delivery timelines may vary; delays caused by suppliers or shipping companies are beyond our control.

6. Pre-order items are reserved strictly for the customer who placed the order—no changes to the name or shipping details after confirmation.

7. If payment is not completed within the agreed timeline, the order may be canceled without a refund of the deposit.

8. All pre-orders are considered final—please review item details, specifications, and availability before confirming.

9. Product images are for reference only. Actual items may slightly vary in color, design, or packaging.

10. Estimated arrival dates are provided as a guide only; we do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

11. In case the item becomes unavailable due to manufacturer or supplier issues, a full refund of your deposit will be issued.

12. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in your country (if applicable).

13. All communications regarding pre-orders must be done via our official contact channels (e.g., email, WhatsApp, or customer support form).

14. Changes in price after placing a pre-order will not affect your order—your price is locked at the time of confirmation.

15. Items under pre-order are not eligible for promotional discounts unless otherwise stated.

16. We do not guarantee availability of spare parts or accessories for pre-order items.

17. If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported within 24 hours of receipt along with unboxing video/photo proof.

18. Any issues related to sizing, color preferences, or model changes must be clarified before placing the order.

19. Refunds (where allowed) will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

20. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

21. Repeated failure to complete pre-order payments may result in blacklisting from future pre-orders.

22. All pre-orders are subject to verification. We may contact you for identity or address confirmation.

23. Pre-order is not a guarantee of product launch or availability; we rely on manufacturers/suppliers.

24. Limited stock items are prioritized on a first-paid, first-served basis, even within pre-orders.
