  • Box condition may vary unless stated otherwise

  • All items are sold as collectibles, not toys, unless clearly mentioned

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in BDT.

  • Prices may change without prior notice

  • Any applicable taxes or shipping charges will be clearly communicated before order confirmation

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity

  • In case of cancellation, a full refund will be processed

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services

  • Speedo Wheels is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the item is shipped

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only if the wrong item or a damaged item is received

  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification

  • No returns or refunds for change of mind

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, images, text, and branding used by Speedo Wheels, belongs to Speedo Wheels and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior permission.
